Large Plastic Bottling/Packaging Company Utilizes BriskHeat® Cloth Heating JacketsA large plastic bottling/packaging company had trouble with their pipelines clogging. These pipes, traveling to the extruder, had liquid plastic resin flowing through them. The liquid plastic would solidify when the temperature cooled. The plastic bottling/packaging company was currently using band heaters and was unhappy with the results. The heated coverage area of a band heater was insufficient and would result in several cold spots.
